Manojit Ballav, also known as Mono, is a product leader with 9+ years of experience in consumer electronics, smart TV platforms, and connected devices. He thrives at the intersection of hardware and software, building products that millions of people use every day.

Currently at Lumio, he focuses on home projectors, the TLDR content discovery platform, and product operations. Lumio has built QD-Mini LED TVs, QLED smart TVs, and home projectors — achieving $1M GMV within 2 months of launch.

Previously at Xiaomi (2017–2024), he spent 7 years helping build India's #1 smart TV brand for 22 consecutive quarters (Q2 2018 – Q4 2023).
